3Scroll down and select Download Manager. Check that the app is enabled (we want the option to show as Disable)
4Select Force Stop to shut down just this app. This won't affect any information on the device. Select Force stop on the prompt to confirm.

10Agree to the Google Terms and Conditions to finish
Enable All Related AppsClick to ExpandEnsure you do not have a build up of pending apps to either be downloaded or updated, this may delay the download process on your Galaxy device.

2Select the top right 3 dot menu button and Show System Apps
3Select to show Disabled apps from the dropdown
4Ensure there are no apps related to Google Play Services or Download Manager in the Disabled apps list
5Select any Google Play Store related apps and select Enable to turn off the restriction
